Telepsychology Credentials

With the correct credentials, you can practice telepsychology in any state that participates in PSYPACT without having to obtain additional licenses. To qualify, you must complete a two-step process—first with ASPPB then with the PSYPACT Commission:

  • Apply for and obtain an E.Passport® from ASPPB, a preliminary step to obtaining the Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) issued by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) Commission
  • Apply for and obtain an Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission
