Ming Fisher Award
Ming Fisher served the Ohio board from 1973 to 2001 and issued licenses for every psychologist and school psychologist in Ohio during her 30-year tenure. Fisher was named an ASPPB Fellow in 1990 and received the Roger C. Smith award in 1998. She also was the first recipient of the Distinguished Administrative Service Award from the Ohio Psychological Association.
