Attention Psychologists: ASPPB’s Model Act and Model Regulations are Open for Public Comment
The Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards® (ASPPB) invites psychologists to review and comment on two significant documents: the revised Model Act for Licensure and Registration of Psychologists and the Model Regulations for Licensure and Registration of Psychologists.
Developed by the ASPPB’s Model Act and Regulations Committee (MARC), these documents provide proposed language to help jurisdictions strengthen regulation of the practice of psychology, protect the public, and address the evolving landscape of psychology licensure.
